Welcome to Zanpleasure Car Rental. By using our website and services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
Eligibility to Rent a Vehicle
Drivers must be at least 23 years old and hold a valid driver’s license with at least 2 years of experience.
International visitors must provide a valid passport and an international or local Zanzibar driving permit.
Booking & Payment
Bookings can be made online, via WhatsApp, or in person.
A deposit may be required to confirm a reservation.
Full payment must be completed before or at the time of car delivery.
We accept payments via cash, credit/debit card, bank transfer, or mobile money.
Vehicle Delivery & Return
Vehicles must not be used for:
Illegal activities
Racing or off-road driving
Transporting hazardous materials
Only the authorized driver(s) listed in the contract may drive the car.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pick-up.
Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a partial or no refund.
Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 5–10 working days.
Client Responsibilities
Keep the vehicle clean and in good condition.
Pay for any fines, traffic violations, or tolls incurred during rental.
In case of breakdown, contact our 24/7 support team immediately.
Liability
Zanpleasure Car Rental is not responsible for:
Items left in the vehicle
Delays caused by traffic, weather, or client unavailability
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with the latest date above.
